Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of sund.dog and any purchase you make from us. By placing an order, you agree to them. We have written them to be clear. If something is confusing, email us.
1. Who we are
Sund is a dog wellbeing brand, based in the Netherlands and built in Europe. We start with the products we believe in most, build them properly, and expand from there.
2. Our products
We make leads by hand in small batches. We describe our products as accurately as we can — materials, dimensions, what the lead does and does not do. If we claim something, we can back it up.
Stock is limited by design. Some items are available on pre-order only. If a batch takes longer than expected, we will tell you. We will not leave you in the dark.
We reserve the right to change or discontinue products. We will not do this to active orders.
3. Placing an order
When you order, you confirm that you are 18 or over (or purchasing with a parent or guardian's consent) and that your delivery and payment details are correct.
You will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms we received your order — it is not yet a contract of sale. We reserve the right to cancel an order if there is a stock issue, a payment problem, or a pricing error. If we cancel, we refund you in full.
4. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in EUR, or your local currency where available. VAT is included where required by law.
We use secure payment processing. We do not store your card details. Prices may change, but the price shown at checkout at the time of your order is the price you pay.
5. Shipping
We ship primarily across Europe. For orders outside Europe, contact us first. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.
Once your order leaves us, risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
6. Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy applies. EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for standard orders. Custom-length orders are excluded.
7. Intellectual property
Everything on sund.dog — the words, images, logo, product design — belongs to Sund. Do not reproduce or use it without asking first.
8. Limitation of liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect losses — loss of income, data, and so on — except where the law does not allow us to exclude this.
Nothing here limits our liability for negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
9. Our products and your dog
Our products are designed for dogs under human supervision. Please read all product information before use. Sund is not liable for injury resulting from misuse.
10. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts, without limiting your rights as an EU consumer under the law of your own country.

11. Changes
We may update these terms. Changes will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
