We ship our leads from the Netherlands. Here is what to expect.

Where we ship

Primarily across Europe. If you are outside Europe and want to order, email us at renske@sund.dog before you check out — we will tell you honestly whether we can make it work.


When your order ships

Because we work in small batches, dispatch time depends on what is in stock.

In-stock orders ship within 1–3 working days.

Pre-orders ship within 1–3 working days of the batch being ready. We will email you when that happens, with a tracking link.

We do not over-promise on timing. If something is delayed, you will hear from us before you have to ask.


Delivery estimates

After dispatch:

These are estimates. Carrier delays, customs processing, and public holidays are outside our control. If your order is taking significantly longer than expected, get in touch.


Shipping costs

Calculated at checkout. You will see the exact cost before you confirm your order.


Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. You will receive it by email once your order is on its way.


Customs and import duties

Within the EU, no duties apply. Outside the EU (where we ship on request), import duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. We will flag this clearly when confirming an international order.


Arrived damaged, or not arrived at all?

Email renske@sund.dog with your order number. We will look into it with the carrier and resolve it. We stand behind what we send.
