I'm Renske. I live in the north of the Netherlands with a dog called Bodhi. Sund (pronounced "soond" /sʊnd/ in Swedish, "sohn" /sɔnˀ/ in Danish) is Danish and Swedish for sound, healthy, whole is where I write about how dogs actually work: health, behaviour, and the equipment in between.

Most of what owners get told comes from someone selling something. Some of it is good. A lot of it is confident and unsupported, and it's genuinely hard from the outside to tell which is which. So I check. I read the research, buy and test the gear myself, and publish what I find, including the parts that don't support what I expected.
